Return & Refund Policy
We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read the policy below carefully before initiating a return or refund request.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- An unboxing video or clear images are required as proof for damaged/incorrect products.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
- Rakhi bands and customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Products purchased during sale or special promotions are not eligible for return unless defective.
3. Return Process
- Email your request to anjori@oliveandlime.co with:
- Order ID
- Product details
- Reason for return
- Supporting images/video
- Once approved, further instructions will be shared.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes quality inspection.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery orders, bank details will be required for refund processing.
5. Replacement
- Replacement is offered only if the product is available in stock.
- If not available, a refund will be issued.
6. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
