Return & Refund Policy

We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read the policy below carefully before initiating a return or refund request.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • An unboxing video or clear images are required as proof for damaged/incorrect products.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
  • Rakhi bands and customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Products purchased during sale or special promotions are not eligible for return unless defective.

3. Return Process

  • Email your request to anjori@oliveandlime.co with:
  • Order ID
  • Product details
  • Reason for return
  • Supporting images/video
  • Once approved, further instructions will be shared.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes quality inspection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, bank details will be required for refund processing.

5. Replacement

  • Replacement is offered only if the product is available in stock.
  • If not available, a refund will be issued.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
